Imagine Health and Spa is a top of the range spa located in South Wooton, a short distance away from beautiful North Norfolk. With its range of five star facilities and unique approach, offering tailored visits that are based on booking time rather than treatment led experiences; Imagine is a well worth a visit.

Guests simply decide how long they have to spend at Imagine (between two to six hours), and leave all decisions regarding actual treatments until the day they arrive. All experiences include a mix of therapist time coupled with time in the heat and water therapy 'thermal suite'. At the start of an Imagine visit one of the trained therapists guides you through the treatment menu and together you select which would suit you best dependent on what you like and how you want to feel on leaving, relax, restored or revitalised.

The Spa provides fantastic facilities in a friendly and caring atmosphere including:

- Five indulgent treatment rooms; including two double rooms for couples or friends to enjoy their experience together

- Luxurious aromatherapy bath - an ergonomically shaped bath that combines a treatment of almond, jojoba and peach oil with gentle massage in warm, bubbly water

- Heated hammam table - a warm table that relaxes the muscles and improves circulation without the intense heat of a steam room

- Dedicated manicure and pedicure area

- Relaxation room

- Welcoming meet and greet area

The top of the range thermal suite is home to:

- Mineral grotto - a hot steam room with salt and essences to help with healing and relaxation

- Aroma steam bath - a relaxing bath using a combination of fragrances and steam to help to invigorate or relax

- Feature showers - all over body water massages using strong jets of warm tropical rainwater enriched with exotic aromas or gentle fine sprays invigorated with peppermint

- Ice bath - where an invigorating rub with ice crystals wakens the senses and firms the skin, leaving you feeling alive and supercharged with energy

- Serail bath - a private mud bath with temperatures ranging from 38 to 50°C where highly effective ingredients including mud, chalk, cleansing salt and mineral oils are applied to the body

- Foot spas - designed to put the spring back in your step the feet are immersed in a warm pool of delight with specialist oils to pick up those tired pinkies

Prices for an Imagine day spa experience start from £49 for two hours. Based at the Best Western Knights Hill Hotel, Imagine spa visitors can also choose from a range of overnight experiences that enable you to enjoy time at the spa, the range of the club's leisure facilities including indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy pool plus bed and breakfast and dinner in the hotel's restaurant.
