Who are we?

RED are a specialist leisure recruitment agency with a dedicated spa and beauty division.

We cover a wide range of spa and beauty jobs both throughout the UK and Internationally that include; Salon and Spa Managers, Regional Beauty Managers, Beauty Therapists, Senior Therapists, IPL and Skincare Specialists, Area Field Sales representatives, Spa Receptionist/Front of House Roles

Brief History

RED was founded by Veronica Butler and Tim Wilcock in March 2002 and started life as a specialist recruitment agency for the leisure industry.

The success of this venture led to the creation of the spa and beauty division in 2004 which filled a wide gap in the beauty industry by offering a quality recruitment solution for spas, salons and clinics.
