Health Benefits

What we offer

Modern-day spas can cater for a range of health promoting experiences. Using water, heat, mud or more hands-on treatments, many benefits can be gained by visiting a spa.

Heat treatments:
Heat treatments in the form of either warm dry air or warm moist air heat the body up to stimulate blood circulation initiating a purifying and detoxification process. If used with therapeutic muds in either rasuls or serail mud chambers, this can lead to the exfoliation of dead skin cells, help eliminate toxins and increase the circulation.

Cold Treatments:
In contrast to heat treatments, cold water or ice are applied to the body which has been proven to stimulate the circulatory, lymphatic and immune system.

Water Treatments:
Water has been the traditional foundation of spa treatments and there has never been a greater choice of water-based experiences. Hydrotherapy pools and hydro spas provide both relaxation and massage benefits, improving blood and lymph circulation as well as nourishing the skin and relaxing the nerves. In addition, feature showers are available to cool and refresh the body after a heat experience.

Hand-on Treatments:
Finally, spas offer a choice of hands-on treatments ranging from therapeutic massage and skin care treatments to more relaxing, pampering type experiences that can make you look and feel better.
